Biographie

Vincent Mignon is the founder of LEAX Avocats, where he advises on all areas of business law, both in advisory and litigation matters. He holds a PhD in law awarded summa cum laude and the Vigener Prize, and brings to his clients a combination of academic rigour, strategic vision and operational experience.

Before founding LEAX Avocats, Mr Mignon practised at a Swiss law firm and later held a senior management position in a fiduciary company resulting from a management buyout of Ernst & Young. This experience provides him with a direct understanding of the economic, organisational and human challenges faced by businesses.

He advises Swiss and international companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, business transfers and complex contractual negotiations. He leads and secures transactions for SMEs, established groups and private investors. In litigation, he represents clients in strategic civil and commercial disputes as well as in matters of white-collar crime, adopting a methodical and solution-oriented approach.

A pioneer in the field of digital assets, he advises on matters relating to blockchain, cryptoassets and the legal structuring of technology projects. The author of several leading publications, Mr Mignon is regularly consulted by technology companies, institutions and market participants on innovative legal issues, particularly in relation to cryptoasset regulation and decentralised finance.

His approach combines legal precision, financial understanding and strategic clarity, with the constant objective of transforming complex issues into practical, secure solutions aligned with his clients’ interests.
