Biographie

Sarah El Khalifa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Law, and was admitted to the bar in 2020. She joined LEAX Avocats the same year, where she works as an associate within the business law and commercial litigation practice.

Thanks to her dual background in economics and law, Ms El Khalifa has a strong understanding of the financial, organisational and strategic challenges faced by businesses. This integrated approach enables her to provide precise, solution-oriented advice in complex situations that are often decisive for company leaders.

She regularly assists Swiss and international companies in the structuring, growth and transformation of their activities. In particular, she is involved in mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions, business transfers and corporate restructurings. She contributes to transactions of varying sizes, ensuring careful coordination between legal, economic and operational aspects.

She also advises companies on the drafting, review and negotiation of key commercial contracts, as well as on the management of internal relationships, particularly in cases of shareholder disputes or sensitive governance situations.

Alongside her advisory work, Ms El Khalifa practises in civil procedure, contract law and commercial law. She represents clients before civil courts in contractual and commercial disputes, adopting a pragmatic, structured and resolution-focused approach.
